Bookkeeper
Kim joined the AMETS team in 2015, bringing her wealth of knowledge and expertise in accounting from her experience across many and varied industries. Kim also runs a very successful bookkeeping and BAS agent business and in her spare time can be found tending to her horses and cattle.
Kim is a member of Australian Bookkeeping Association and was previously a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.

No to tea and coffee but would love some cake.
What is it that you do at AMETS?
All bookkeeping related tasks including reconciliations, allocating accounts receivables payments, paying our suppliers, paying our staff, ATO requirements BAS, PAYG plus any and everything else I’m asked.
What do you love about your position?
I love the challenge of keeping the accounts correct so our great staff can concentrate on our wonderful clients.
How do you spend your time when you are not at AMETS?
With family and friends preferably travelling, camping and boating.
What are you most grateful for?
Family, friends, fantastic work colleagues, living in Australia and good health.
What is your ideal holiday?
Travelling Australia.
Which three things do you take to a deserted island?
A generator so I can have hot water, plus two different multi tools so I can build equipment to make shelter and cooking facilities.
What do you love most about being an Ametarian?
The caring atmosphere.
Do you have a favourite quote?
Everything comes to those that wait – as long as you work like hard while you’re waiting.
