Kym Cairns
Administration Manager
Kym Cairns has worked across a variety of sectors over the past 25 years, including education, construction, and the Not-for-profit sector. With a degree in education, Kym taught in remote communities in QLD before relocating to remote Northern Territory, where she founded and ran a construction company with her then husband. 16 years with the company saw it expand its services across the Northern Territory.
Looking for a change, Kym then took a role managing the Northern Territory Division of a large not-for-profit organisation. The experience from all these roles has given Kym a broad knowledge of procedures and systems across all aspects of business.
