The Western Australian Government has made significant changes to the regulations surrounding the Objection process for Tenement Applications. Effective 16 September 2024, a fee will now be required when lodging an Objection over a Tenement Application.
General Objection Fee: $430
Eligible Individuals: $100
These changes aim to address the number of objections lodged and expedite the processing of tenement applications, ultimately improving grant timelines.
