From our humble beginnings in 2009, AMETS has grown into a leading agency supporting mining and exploration companies across Australia and Internationally — built on strong relationships, high integrity, and a people-first ethos. Our tailored, proactive service model, dedicated Tenement Managers, and bespoke client portal set us apart, with 85% of new business coming from word-of-mouth referrals.
The Excellence in Large Business category recognises growth driven by clear strategy and resilience. Since 2020, AMETS has achieved 223% sales growth and doubled our team. We’ve invested over $500,000 into a custom-built CRM and client portal, creating unparalleled transparency and efficiency for clients. Alongside our technological innovation, we have enhanced our Employee Value Proposition, introduced flexible working, and are implementing an Employee Share Ownership Plan — ensuring our people remain at the heart of our success.
Supporting Our Local Community
While our operations span Australia and Internationally, our roots — and our CEO — are proudly based in Tamworth. We contribute to the local economy by creating employment opportunities for skilled regional professionals, supporting local suppliers, and facilitating mining and renewable energy projects that drive regional growth. Our team also actively engages in community initiatives, from fundraising for critical causes including the CEO Sleepout and The Smith Family, unning student-industry connection projects that help regional university students gain valuable work experience.
