Belinda Ingram – Senior Tenement Manager | VIC
Belinda joined AMETS in December 2020 as a Tenement Officer. With a diverse background in waste management, local council, real estate property management, and extensive experience in administration and communications, Belinda brings a multifaceted skill set to her role.
Initially supporting the NSW and Victorian Tenement Managers and clients, Belinda quickly demonstrated her capabilities and dedication to the team. Her exceptional performance and commitment to excellence led to her promotion to Senior Tenement Manager across the state of Victoria.
Belinda’s robust experience and proficiency in administration and communication have been instrumental in her ability to manage tenements effectively. Her background in various industries equips her with a unique perspective and adaptability, ensuring that the needs of Victorian tenements are met with the highest standards of professionalism and care.
What do you love about your position?
There’s heaps of variety, a good team to work with and great clients. I also enjoy our flexible working arrangements, for a good work/life balance.
How do you spend your time when you are not at AMETS?
I enjoy reading biographies and fiction, skiing and snowboarding in winter and golf, hiking and Stand-Up-Paddle boarding in summer. You’ll also see me at my local parkrun most Saturdays.
