Jennifer Johnson – Principal Tenement Manager WA
Jen started her career in the Resources Sector in 2001 working for a Geological Consulting company in South Africa. During her career she has worked as a consultant to mining and exploration companies and as an in-house tenement and environmental specialist. As an archaeologist, Jenny is passionate about ensuring that Mining and Exploration Companies are comfortable working with Native Title Groups to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
Jen is aware of the value of tenure and the importance of strict compliance in WA and will ensure that you are not left in any doubt about compliance with the Regulators. With over 20 years’ experience in the minerals industry Jen is well placed to offer strategic advice on all your tenement and compliance needs.
What do you love about your position?
I love that I can work with my team in WA who are driven and passionate about compliance and client service. I love that we can provide support to our clients on many levels ranging from administrative to high level risk management and Due Diligence.
How do you spend your time when you are not at AMETS?
I love reading and if my nose isn’t stuck in a book then I am usually out and about looking for new restaurants to try. I also enjoy browsing around antique shops and second-hand bookstores.
