AMETS Northern Territory is proud to announce that we recently assisted one of our valued clients in securing the first approved Environmental (Mining) Licence in the Northern Territory under the new environmental licence framework for mining activities under the Environment Protection Act 2019 (EP Act), which came into effect on the 1st July 2024!
This landmark achievement was finalised on 22 November 2024, marking a significant milestone for both our client and the NT mining industry.
