AMEC Meet The Regulator

This session will focus on recent legislative amendments impacting our industry, including:
- Changes under the Minerals Resources Act
- Updates to the Financial Provisioning Scheme
- Establishment of Coexistence Qld
- New laws and penalties under the Environmental Protection Act
This briefing will feature key representatives from the Department of Resources, Coexistence Queensland, Department of Environment and Science, and Queensland Treasury.
