The new Environmental (Mining) Licence Application Forms for a Standard Condition Licence and a Modified Condition Licence, for both Exploration and Extractives, are now available for use on the Department website.
Whilst mining authorisations and management plans that were approved prior to the 1 July 2024 are now deemed licences under the new framework and will remain valid for four years, please be aware that they have limitations and cannot be amended.
