Team Dynamics and Expertise

Rachael McGuinness’ Promotion
In August, Rachael McGuinness was promoted from Tenement Officer to Tenement Manager, recognising her dedication and contributions to the team.

Team Transitions
Loren Egan, part-time NT Tenement Manager, returned from travel and resumed her role as a full-time Queensland Tenement Manager, showcasing the flexibility and commitment of our team.

Rebecca Hill
SA Tenement Manager, Rebecca Hill, has continued to assist with NT Risk Management Plans. She has also taken on assisting the NT Team with Tenement Management.

Client Support and Growth

The NT team maintained its unwavering commitment to supporting our large client base, handling everything from applications to Mining Management Plans. Our services extended to new clients, including explorers venturing into the Territory for the first time.

Relationships and Collaborations

Government and Stakeholder Relations
Strong relationships with Government Departments, Land Councils, and Associations were a priority. Our team actively participated in the AGES Conference, building connections with clients and stakeholders.

Industry Involvement
AMETS remains a key player on the AMEC Advisory Committee and has proudly joined the Geological Exploration and Mining Services Association NT (GEMSA NT), deepening our engagement in industry initiative.
